Research Overview

The Mabe lab focuses on cell state/phenotypic heterogeneity in pediatric solid tumors and how that affects response to therapy. Ultimately our goal is to better understand intrinsic and extrinsic factors that induce phenotypic plasticity and design rational therapies to specifically target these cell states.
